1 · Scope & contractual partner

These Terms & Conditions apply to registration for and participation in the Vienna Business series (Brunch · Night · Summit). The contractual partner for all purchases via this website is exclusively Degeler Consulting e.U., Vienna. Daylight Agency e.U. acts solely as co-organiser and is not a party to the ticket contract.

2 · Registration & conclusion of contract

Submitting the registration form constitutes a binding offer to participate. The contract is concluded upon our confirmation or – for paid events – upon successful payment. Spontaneous on-site registration is possible while seats are available. Capacity per event is limited (default: 40).

3 · Prices & payment

Prices include statutory VAT and are stated per event. Some events (especially Nights) may be free or sponsored. Payment is made online via Stripe; on-site payment via QR code uses the same flow.

4 · Cancellation & right of withdrawal

For tickets to date-bound leisure events there is no 14-day right of withdrawal under the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (exemption under § 18(1)(10) FAGG).

As a goodwill policy we offer free cancellation or rebooking up to 48 hours before the event; thereafter no refund is possible. Transferring the ticket to another person is possible upon prior arrangement.

5 · Attendee directory

On a voluntary opt-in basis you may be listed with name and LinkedIn profile in an attendee directory accessible only to confirmed attendees of the same event. See the Privacy Policy for details.

6 · Cancellation or postponement by the organiser

If an event must be cancelled for good cause (e.g. speaker illness, force majeure), paid ticket fees are refunded. In case of postponement the ticket remains valid for the replacement date, or you may request a refund.

7 · Conduct & house rules

We value respectful interaction. The organiser may exclude persons from the event for disruptive or harassing behaviour. Instructions of staff and the respective venue must be followed.

8 · Liability

The organiser is liable only for damage caused by intent or gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded as far as legally permissible; this does not apply to personal injury. No liability is assumed for self-purchased drinks or items brought along.

9 · Photo & video

Photos and videos are taken at the events. Details and your objection options are set out in the Privacy Policy.

10 · Final provisions

Austrian law applies. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the consumer's country of residence remain unaffected. Place of jurisdiction is Vienna where permissible. EU online dispute resolution: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Should any provision be invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force.
